Behavior Based Safety is a methodology in safety that is well-known and well-established. Over the last 35 years, the practices of Behavior Based Safety have become refined and its application has been used across virtually every industry known.  Workplaces worldwide have benefited from the use of positive reinforcement for observed safe behavior.
